I been thinking about Bettie Page ever since I heard that she was in the hospital with a heart attack at the age of 85. And while her story is complicated and convoluted. Her image has become iconic in American pop culture. For a women who did, what was taboo photography modeling for her time. She will always be remembered as a young vivacious, and self-confident woman who helped bring in the sexual revolution of the 60's. I wish her well and a speedy recovery from her health issues.
