Kay Francis, Ina Claire, Constance Bennett, were all talented and versatile actresses, yet turned up more often in Best-Dressed lists than Best Performance lists. Thus it was with Lilyan Tashman, whose film career took in an impressive 66 films from 1921 through her death in 1934.
